Hi I’m Matthew and I am a wedding photographer based in Northampton. I specialise in reportage or documentary style photography and am an active member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association. Every wedding is unique and I pride myself in taking the time to get to know and understand my clients and their needs so I can capture the magic of their special day. Many photographers say they are like another guest at your wedding, but for me it is far more than that. I am the one you are trusting to capture your special day. I became a wedding photographer because it is an area of photography I love and believe in as an art form in itself.

Although based in Northampton I cover weddings accross the county and the UK, even abroad. I consider myself a documentary wedding photographer which means I will tell the story of your wedding as it happens without me intruding, dictating or otherwise getting in the way of you and your guests enjoying the day. I prefer to keep the staged shots to a minimum because I think if done properly, my style of photography will tell your story far better.
